Spics are the greatest... (5.00 / 3) (#1)
by theboz on Sat Sep 22nd, 2001 at 04:50:40 PM PST
While I am mostly a white male myself, I had to choose spics as my favorite race. I'll give a few reasons here. The first reason, is the food. What is the best Americans can offer? A grilled steak with A-1 sauce on it, a baked potato, and some iced tea. A decent meal in itself, but very bland when compared to the type of food you can get in Mexico. In fact, a similar meal could be prepared much better, carne asada with papas covered in cheese and with many spices on it, and some horchata to drink. Hell, even the cheese alone is better. They have queso quezadilla, which is smooth, makes a good dip, and goes well with any type of meat whether it's chicken, beef, seafood, pork, etc. What do we have? American cheese, that you can put on a baloney sandwich or a hamburger. The next reason is the music. The music in the U.S. is all crap. We develop shit like Nirvana and the Backstreet Boys. They have Molotov and Juan Gabriel. Ok, so Molotov kicks the ass of any American rock group ever, but Juan Gabriel and the backstreet boys would just end up having a gay humpfest. We'll skip the music part for now except for saying that they put more soul into it. Then there's the women. This is a really big deal, as I am engaged to a Mexican girl. Face it, they are just generally better than American women. While there is only one song called "American Woman" there are thousands of famous songs in Mexico about their women, and even have it down to specific cities and states. Sinaloa, where part of my fiancee's family is from, is famous for their beauty queens. The women there are just generally beautiful. Jalisco is famous for having women with beautiful eyes. And we all know about the famous latin rumps and the breasts. While not common in the poverty striken people that flock to the U.S., if you go to Mexico you will see many beautiful women running all over the place. They also have better personalities than American women. They actually care about more than your pocketbook, which explains why so many of the upper class women there choose men from lower social statuses. They are content to please their husband, and rather than trying to be a pain in the ass, they actually love the man and are willing to cook for him and do dishes. In the U.S., if you want the dishes done you have to hire a Mexican woman to come do it for you. And there's just the fact that they are more intelligent. How many anglo women are natural blondes? How many latin women are natural blondes? While you do find some, the American blondes far outnumber the latin ones. It's quite simple to deduce the intelligence levels from there. There are many, many more reasons to list, but I'll just say that spics rule all of your sorry asses. They are the ones building the U.S. right now, and they will be the ones to own all of it in a few years because the anglos are too lazy and stupid to work anymore. [Reply] |

Not that you did it on purpose mind you. Latin women have beautiful buns, if you're an ass-man of course. I know that the ladies Sir Mix-a-lot mentions aren't necessarily latin but black and, frankly, their asses can't stand next to a nice firm, perky pair of latin buns.
I for one love'em. J-Lo has a GREAT pair of buns but there are better ones and they're more readily available than Puffy's Share. |

Everybody knows that once a Mexican woman gets married, she instantly transforms into a stout, wrinkled, spherical child factory. I wouldn't considering marrying a Mexican unless you think you can support 10 or so children. --- A seasoned witch could call you from the depths of your disgrace, and rearrange your liver to the solid mental grace |

How DARE you mention Nirvana and Backstreet boys in the same breath?? What fucking planet are you from, Spain???
Backstreet boys are a product of guys in suits selling puppets to teenage girls. Nirvana, on the other hand, is the epitome of a man's struggle to innovate and create something that mattered. What BSBs do is sell records (sadly). What Nirvana did was create a whole new genre of amazing music. Call me a Nirvana fanatic (i'm not really, i just like good music) but unless you've heard nirvana, then you dont know where modern rock (not pop shit) comes from. THERE. |
Nirvana == Third rate punk rock (3.00 / 2) (#3)

What Nirvana did was create a whole new genre of amazing music. Not even close. What Nirvana did was repackage punk rock, and copy loads and loads of British bands like the Sex Pistols, and the Clash, who in turn got their sound from the New York Dolls and Iggy Pop. Nirvana was third-rate, second-hand punk. Not that that is a bad thing, but they were nothing new. time to give a Newtonian demonstration - of a bullet, its mass and its acceleration. -- MC Hawking |

That Nirvana's anthemic crowd pleaser, "Smells Like Teen Spirit", was a self-admitted rip-off of "More Than a Feeling" by those monsters of AOR, Boston. So, not all of Nirvana's influences were as credible as the early punk bands - they were simply poodle-permed stadium rock for a new generation. There really wasn't much difference between Nirvana and Extreme, AC/DC, Def Leppard or Guns and Roses. I can feel an article, "Kill Yr Idols - Kurt Cobain" coming along. That "Smells Like Teen Spirit" was based on "More Than a Feeling"? I think I read it in a UKian guitar magazine many years ago, although it may have been elsewhere. But, listen to the two of them and you'll see that I'm correct. Revisionists have tried to claim that Cobain was trying to emulate the Pixies in "Teen Spirit", but Kurt himself admitted to trying to copy the simple feelgood vibe of Boston. There's really only so many ideas in 4/4 rock, something clear to almost anyone by the age of 20 in the Western world.
I admit that the accents in the rhythm part under the chorus are similar - not exactly so, since Tom Scholz can play a rhythm part the same way a thousand times consecutively and Kurt was much more haphazard as an instrumentalist. For one, the chord structures are not completely similar (G-C-Em-D [I-IV-VIm-V] for "More Than a Feeling," and F-Bb-Ab-Db [I-IV-IIIb-VIb] for "Smells Like Teen Spirit"]. As much as it would amuse me to hear punk covers of Boston songs (please God, spare me Reel Big Fish's "Foreplay/Long Time"; the A-Ha song was enough), I don't think that Boston fell into Cobain's list of influences, if his music or statements on engineered-for-Top-40 rock are any indication. Besides, we don't need him. People who like technically correct, studio-processed rock with huge vocals and five-minute guitar solos are fine with Boston. The detractors who rip off their licks - as best they can, but never very well - can go on peddling secondhand rebellion to high school kids on the fringe. |

...that your unauthorised publication of the chords for both "More Than A Feeling" and "Smells Like Teen Spirit" on Adequacy.org are a violation of copyright law. As part of our obligations under the Digital Millenium Copyright Act, we have passed your IP adress and email address to the Recording Industry Association of America. Unfortunetly, it is likely that the RIAA's legal department will wish to seek damages against you. However, your post does not qualify as a troll under the Adequacy.org Terms of Service, so we're not legally allowed to delete the offending material. It is almost certain that Adequacy.org will now be shut down by the RIAA as a result of your blatant music piracy! In future, I request that all Adequacy readers obtain the permission of the copyright owners before distributing infringing material on this site. Adequacy.org - love it or leave it. |

I like free speech as much as the next man, but let's face it .. we cannot stand in the way of wealth creation. Hopefully the RIAA will "let it slide" this way, but if they don't, we will have deserved it. It's been fun. -- Red-blooded patriots do not use Linux. |

I hate to break it to you (well, not really), but the Ramones started playing at CBGB's before the New York Dolls started playing. And there was a band before the Ramones that inspired their sound (as well as the Sex Pistols), however, there name escapes me at this time.
And for Nirvana being "third-rate, second-hand" punk, they may have had punk influences, but their sound is different enough to make a new style (which is what they did). I hate america |

According to the US government, Arabic is a race, as long as the person in question has committed a crime (for instance FBI wanted posters classify some individuals as Arabs). Otherwise, Arabs are considered white. |

That neither the Celts nor the "Red Indians" are races in good historical or biological standing. I will therefore be redistributing the majority of their votes to the Anglo-Saxons as soon as I can work out how to.
