Now for the fun part. I tapered off on the antidepressants, over about two weeks. However, I have been suffering tremendous head rushes. This isn't really dizziness. It's almost like losing consciousness for a very brief moment. It happens when I'm standing, sitting, lying down, whatever. If you've ever stayed up for a very long time, or done LSD, you have a good idea what I'm talking about.
I expected some side-effects from quitting all the dope I was on, but Jesus. The situation is actually worsening to the point where these episodes are happening almost constantly and they are getting more intense to where it seems like the sensation is moving from my head and out through my upper chest and arms.
After some experimentation, I've realized that the episodes are brought on when I move my eyes, even if they're closed.
I've also noticed an increasing tendency to feel the need to laugh at things. I just got finished laughing at Geraldo on Fox News. And I just laughed about laughing at Geraldo on Fox News.
Oh well, I guess it'll all fade away eventually. I'll just enjoy it for now.
