We need more toxins

Author: Topic: Posted:
Apr 10, 2002
Comments:
The human body is designed with an auto immune system that is triggered by the presence of toxins or other chemicals in the blood. The system automatically registers every chemical or matter and controls how easily that substance is allowed into the system. Bacteria and viruses are typically quickly eliminated by antibodies, and other chemicals are flushed out through vomiting or defecation. This system relies on the exposure to those chemicals, however, in order to build up an immunity.

Therefore I propose that we fill our ecosystem with more toxins, thus successfully creating an environment where the human body, and therefore, the human race, may evolve and become immune to every dangerous substance that exists. This process will take many years, but the ends are far more important than the length of the timetable on which the means will take place.

One may argue that the introduction of dangerous chemicals into our ecosystem would in fact endanger our lives. This may be true to an extent, but one must also remember that risks must sometimes be taken to further our society. This is a natural part of the furtherment of society.

One may also argue that the mass killing of many to serve the purposes few, especially those who might control the human race, is not only inhumane but also immoral. If that were so, then great leaders such as Adolf Hitler and Mussolini would have been tried and convicted years ago for what the condescending conservatives might call "crimes against humanity." If these were truly "crimes against humanity," that would imply that we are worse off as a society today because of their actions. Thus, the conservative regime itself has been changed dramatically by the actions of these wonderful leaders and their followers. How can they pass judgment on someone who played a major role in creating the organization that they are today? It does not follow. The conservative party, then, has no business interfering or arguing with this operation, as their supposed "position" has already been proven to be insubstantial and therefore invalid.

I have the full backing of the liberal governmental bodies, including the CIA, FBI, and the Treasury Department. We are prepared to enact this program worldwide, and we are so zealous for this program that we will not clear it with other governments or the closed-minded fundamentalist conservatives that threaten our agenda. What the other nations and conservatives do not know will not hurt them. Their ignorance is part of our calculations.

Despite how you may feel about most analysts, especially liberal ones, I am not without at least a single recommendation as to how this proposal might be executed. Below I will list a concisely summarized suggested schedule of toxins to be released with plenty of lenience for addition or omission. Please note that this is just a suggestion.

To start, I suggest that the smallpox virus be released into the atmosphere in order to cause a worldwide pandemic. This will trigger the short-term evolution necessary to eliminate the disease in humans for eternity. Next on the list is a widespread contamination of the HIV virus. Those strong enough to overcome and immunize against the virus will live to have offspring, and those who are too weak to fight it off will not reproduce, thus keeping with Darwin's theory of the survival of the fittest.

These would be followed by other diseases, as well as dangerous chemicals such as chlorine gas, cyanide, and mustard gas. All of these must be presented for exposure to the human body in order to force the human race into evolution. I suggest using the German Workers' Nationalist Party's methods for distributing these chemicals en masse. Those left alive will only become stronger. Those dead will not reproduce and risk contaminating our precious gene pool with their tainted DNA.

All in all, this plan will hopefully produce the strongest generation of human beings ever born, able to withstand all that our manufactured planet may spit back at us. It will also cure us of the terrible poverty created by the overpopulation of our already crowded planet. The lives lost in the execution of the plan will be mourned, indeed, but they will also be celebrated and remembered, for they gave their lives for the preservation and evolution of the greatest species ever to grace the planet Earth with its footsteps, Homo sapiens.

Another thing has entered my mind, a strange hope that lurks in the back pages of my troubled cranium. Perhaps many of us alive today may still be alive when my plan has reached its conclusion. I hope to live to see that day, because I hope to see a better tomorrow, a better future, a better human.

I hope to see the day when humans may mix ammonia and chlorine bleach to use as a cleaning solution without fear of inhaling dangerous toxic fumes. I dream of a day when no one mentions AIDS or smallpox, because everyone has had both of them at least once and no one is afraid of contracting either of the two because their immune systems are strong enough. I dream of a day when our immune systems are so strong that they kill us when we become toxic to ourselves in our old and decrepit state.

Despite my suggestions for execution of my proposal, this article is only a proposition, not a definite solution. I am not suggesting that my suggested solution is the best one out there. However, the need for evolution is quite clear. We as humans must evolve, and the natural processes of life are increasingly too slow to react effectively to the consequences of human progress and the dangers created thusly.

Humanity needs a solution to this ever-growing problem. We must do something now, before it's too late.

I am 100% for this idea. I've read more than one study that says that children who are kept in an environment free from disease are much more likely to develop allergies as they get older. I've purposely innoculated my children with strains of both measles and chicken pox, as well as various flu strains. So far, only one of them has a faulty immune system that wasn't able to keep up. As loving parent's we wouldn't have wanted her genes to contribute to the gene pool anyway.

Unfortunately, some of the pathogens that you discuss above are a bit harder to come by, but if the CDC just got behind this plan, I think we'd have a real winner. Let me know if you think that writing my congressman about this would be a good idea.

Lemme get this straight: Mr. res0 believes that we should eliminate most of the human race. Wonderful. So, we introduce known killers into the environment with the assumption that someone will actually survive all of the toxins you introduce. What happens if no one lives? Who will be left to say, "OK, we screwed up, let's blow this joint" when nobody is left alive? Does this Mr. res0 person believe that he and some other select few should be removed from the toxin induction into society? And, if this project works, what will these select few do? Will they commit suicide to prevent contaminating the gene pool? Or will they stay to govern the chosen few, if any, and then just endanger the entire project?

While I do agree that the human race needs to evolve, I believe that people with superb immune systems doth not a perfect society make. Theoretically, you could end up with perfectly immunized society full of mentally retarded people, which would have an unexpected and undesirable effect.

Evolution should be based on intellect and strength, not disease susceptibility. If you want to do a toxin killing, then do it after isolating people whom you would most likely want to build a society after all the stupid, weak ones are eliminated.

Still, even if we do evolve, we still must maintain our humanity. We must try to find a way to evolve without killing mass numbers of people, or else what is the point of saving the human race? Have you people who want to kill everybody no shame? Or is this a cry of a megalomaniacal psycho who will stop at nothing to see his Aryan dream fulfilled? Does anybody even know what happened to the Aryans?

People these days. They think they have all the answers. Makes me sick. If you wanna die for your dream, go ahead. Make my day. The rest of us will go back to our semi-normal lives and deal with the undesirables.

I presume you are an Aryan based on your taste in music, which is related to the question I'd like to ask you. Since you're such an enormous fan of communist music that you've all but named yourself after one of the only successful communist music bands, how can you defend an individualist political stance? Don't you think the long term benefits of near total immunity for the human race are more important to the collective than your life, or the life of any other individual?

2. Your critical thinking skills lead me to believe that you are in high school. Or an american college, which is basically the same thing.

3. Why do you insist on signing your posts with the names of people in these stupid bands? Do you think that you represent their opinions? Or do you just hate yourself so much you have to resort to this crude and public form of obsession?

1. System of a Down does not suck.

2. I am in high school.

3. I do hate myself that much.

And a question for you:

1. Why do you seek out my comments and reply to them? Is it some sort of obsession? Am I just really unlucky to have a secret detractor? Or am I really unlucky that you tend to read the articles I respond to?

The reason I respond to your posts is because I find them so stupid and repulsive. You are the kind of person who champions an 'open mind', yet you refuse to consider opinions that may be different from yours.

.. but it wouldn't work. It wouldn't work because some people would wimp out and wear gas masks and live in underground caves. Then, they'd come back up to the surface and claim the world to themselves as all the remaining humans lie, sick, crumpled in corners like the faeces we all really are.

What I propose is that we should all pray really hard that sickness will go away. That might help.

Alternatively, if you don't like the world the way it is, kill yourself. Roll a die, and see which way it thinks you should go.

Plan needs revision (4.80 / 5) (#11)
by akepa on Thu Apr 11th, 2002 at 05:42:26 AM PST
If we spew these toxins into the environment, then all organisms will have to adapt to them, and humans will not gain any relative advantage over other forms of life.

Therefore, the toxins should be released in such a way that only humans are exposed - perhaps in the form of pills. However, it would be very difficult to ensure that all 6 billion people get their daily pill. Only those who think ingesting toxins is a good idea should be allowed to take the pills. If they are right, they will eventually become superior human beings and achieve world domination. If they are wrong, they will still be eligible for the prestigious Darwin Award.

Too much work (none / 0) (#13)
by First Incision on Thu Apr 11th, 2002 at 06:08:15 PM PST
If you ask me, all of this is unnecessary. We are already introducing toxins into the environment at an alarming rate. Also, through deforestation of the African jungles, we are uncovering infectious agents that were previously confined to populations of other primates (like HIV and Ebola).

If you really want to spur on human evolution, you simply need to dismantle the medical-industrial complex. It has brought about such affronts to evolution as in vitro fertilization. Technologies like these allow offspring for humans that do not have the biological capacity to reproduce. It appears that many of these children inherited their parents' flaws, and will rely on technology to pass on genetic defects that should have died with their parents.

Also, the medical-industrial complex cures many genetic diseases in childhood. The complex often provides plastic surgery for those too ugly to mate. And now, through the "wonders" of pharmacology, we can provide erections for men too flaccid to pass on their seed naturally.

I think the purposeful introduction of toxins into the environment should be a last resort, only to be used if the destruction of the medical-industrial complex fails to produce the desired evolutionary benefits.

You are such a fucking retard. (5.00 / 1) (#22)
by tkatchev on Sat Apr 13th, 2002 at 05:25:41 AM PST
Which grade do you attend? Freshman? Sophomore?

In fact, in biology, there is no such concept as "evolution". Do you mean microevolution? Macroevolution? Are you one of those misguided believers in "big bang" who cannot differentiate between cosmology and biology?

Free clue: microevolution is accepted by everyone, and has been repeatedly proven exprimentally. However, microevolution does absolutely nothing to explain speciation -- at most, you can explain e.g. the changes of coloring in a certain population within a species.

In fact, there is currently no valid, accepted theory on macroevolution; the topic is very complex and cannot be explained by simplistic Drawinian mathematical modeling. In the real world (as opposed to the illiterate liberalist's la-la land) speciation occurs in rapid, sudden jumps. Moreover, we do not have fossil evidence of gradual evolution -- virtually all species have evolved suddenly, and already formed in basically our modern shape. Also, it usually happens that at some point a species stop evolving. There were long periods of time wherein there was virtually no speciation going on at all; then suddenly an epoch catastrophically changes, and we get a huge amount of new species. Then for a short time some of them go excinct, and evolution goes into a new stage of stability.

In short, go back to school. Contrary to popular belief, you cannot succeed in life without a highschool diploma.

I agree with you however ... (none / 0) (#24)
by Ben Reid on Sat Apr 13th, 2002 at 07:38:03 AM PST
1) The evolutionists line of thinking must inevitably collide with cosmology. You may be able to isolate them in theory but you can't in practice.

It's no use trying to explain the evolution of the species if you cannot give a valid explanation for the origin of the species. Then, of course, you have to start thinking about abiogenesis.

Now, (and as an evolutionist, this bit really sucks) you'll find yourself trying to explain the origin of matter itself and BAMMO! You've run smack bang into cosmological territory.

This is why we see such a close tie in with the theory of evolution and the speculation happy cosmological theories (like the big bang).

2) As a Christian (?), how do you justify your constant swearing? Just curious.

When I was living in Geneva, I used many more French swear words than I otherwise would have for the same reason - diminished emotional meaning. I suspect this was true of my Francophone friends as well, since their liberal use of 'fuck' in conversation often left me a bit dazed.

My rule of thumb is, use swear words sparingly, and then their impact will be that much stronger. However, I think I'm swimming against a strong tide on this one.

Anybody with any sense knows that the seemingly incontrovertible and overwhelming evidence for evolution is one of Satan's tricks to waylay us from the real Truth: after creating the Earth in 7 days, 4 hours and 3 minutes in the year 4000 BC, God became constipated from all the hard work and took some spiritual Ex-Lax. The resulting shitstorm was the "mud" from which Adam was created. Anybody who believes otherwise will surely burn in Hell.

The surface of Venus is hot enough to melt lead on contact, sulfuric acid rains down on the planet and the sun is, as far as I know, never visible. So, who wants the Earth to be like that, anyone, anyone... that's what I thought.

I couldn't agree more with your article, for the sake of humanity progressing we should fully support intelligent and rational actions such as this one. I also feel we should take it a step further and enforce mandatory HIV infection shots. Working together, we can breed humans who have immunity to this disease over the next several hundred years, doing this together we will unite the world in the struggle to fight disease.

As a way to implement your other ideas, may I also suggest mandatory food infection at all distribution centers, along with random sprayings of infectious disease over our cities and neighborhoods. This will ensure no one will go unaffected.

Thank you for this brilliant idea, may we all prosper and rally behind it's implementation. We need more people like you in this world if mankind is to progress. Because there is no such thing as evolution anyway. We were created the way we are, and nothing has changed or will change. God loves us, he will look after us. He also has to look after the germs too, so there is a bit of a conflict there, but I think that He knows in his Heart that humans are cool really. He should know, because He made us.
