I don't really want to put this in one of the Linux articles, because it could kill any future comments. But, after reading the comments saying the same thing over and over, maybe I'm giving most of those people way too much credit. This is what I would have written:

This has gone far enough. For all you amazingly intelligent tech types that are telling [iat|jsm] about all the mistakes they have made, I'd like to recommend something. SHUT THE FUCK UP, YOU SELF-ABSORBED, WHINY, UNCOMPREHENDING, RETARDS!

If any of you bothered to read even five of the previously posted comments before blathering on with your "corrections", you would realize YOU'RE A FUCKING IDIOT FOR POSTING THE EXACT SAME THING THAT 300+ OTHER PEOPLE HAVE ALREADY POSTED. If you don't have anything to add, what are you doing? Can people really be this stupid? Is every person who fancies oneself as a techie of the Linux sort too self-absorbed and so overzealous that one can't even check to see if somebody already covered the points you were going to write about?

To conclude, GET A LIFE.

	It's amazing how many linux fanatics there really are out there. Of course, the fact that they can post anonymously makes them a bit more aggressive, since they don't have to worry about someone holding their stupidity against them. I, for example, felt there were a few minor points in the article that were mistaken, but after reading the first post refering to them, I moved on. I didn't get all bent out of shape and attack the author for missing a few details that had already been pointed out when I read the story. On the other hand, it's not fair to judge all linux users based on the actions of the fanatics. I'm sure at leat 10%, possible even more, linux users are simply misguided souls who have yet to realize the mistake they are making. I know, I myself was once one of them. I wean't a fanatic, I simply thought that linux might actually be usefull for me. As a child I wanted to know everything. Now I miss my ignorance.
