Which in a round about way brings my to my point.

Memorial Day weekend is upon us.
I have my Broilmaster Gas Grill and my Brinkman Smoker cleaned and ready for a weekend filled with family, fun and the searing of animal flesh.
Various learned medical professionals have commented during yearly exams that my penchant for "Red Meat" may get the best of me soon.
Of the "White Meats", I find pork to be totally offensive unless it has been processed into bacon or ribs. There is only so much fowl I can stand in a months period.
Second to Beef, Seafood may be my favorite thing to grill.
