I know most of you have probably seen the buzz page. Most of those are choice quotes about Adequacy. Sometimes though, I wish we had a buzz page for choice quotes from Adequacy.

The Hall of Shame
I'm sure it's happened to you, you are reading some comment and something in particular tickles your fancy. Just now I read a quote by because it isnt, which is what brought this whole thing on.
In my book, the "fucker" is the penis-wielding oppressor, and the "fuckee" is the submissive reciever of the hot, angry cock.
Reading that made me think, "thank goodness for Adequacy."

Do you have any favorites?

Just because you disagree doesn't mean you have to start mislabeling it. Everything I say is backed up with conclusive proof and I have time and again proved idiots like yourself wrong. If you have nothing further to say, move along, because you're wasting my time.

My favorite quote would have to be Kaiser saying:

They need to do a Super Mario Bros & Rainbow Six crossover movie.

It'sa mee Maario.
*bang, bang*
Team Alpha: Man Down.

oh wait....that wasn't on Adequacy. Does that matter?

I've been quoted on the buzz page! I didn't even know the buzz page existed until you pointed it out. Shows how closely I've been following this site.

I've been quoted! And it's one of the more appropriate quotes! It's a shame it had to be one of the ones that I typoed. That's what I get for typing with three related thoughts in my head.

has got to be Is Your Son a Computer Hacker? by T Reginald Gibbons with no less than 4800 comments. I was the only person I knew that read Adequacy at the time this story came out, yet somehow everybody'd heard about it. Can any other story claim that kind of fame? I doubt it.

The article actually has more than 7000 comments, but we've had to hide half of them otherwise it won't load at all. It's going to be put up in its full unexpurgated glory as a static HTML page at some unspecified point in the future

this one.

'I still have all my older cards (1999 and 2000)' - classic stuff. Craig - where are you now?

The first paragraph of Linux Linux Linux pt. 2 is my probably my favorite bit of an article.

Where is Craig? (none / 0) (#22)
by gNinja on Fri Apr 12th, 2002 at 02:52:44 PM PST
Craig is probably the most intilegent non-editor on this site. It is unfortunate that he hasn't been posting.

But for now we must content ourselves with reading old issues of Lacey/Pokey.

the Wil Wheaton interview. It wasn't the best or funniest piece I've read here, but for some reason I took a special liking to it.

Oh, and of course, there's always Why the Bombings Mean That We Must Support My Politics.

Cheers,

It took me awhile to find it, but here it is

What show would God prefer one to watch, Benny Hinn, or the 700 club (or something else)?

While being unable to speak for the Almighty, I suspect something like Junkyard Wars, where people are given a goal, rules and raw materials to fulfill their destiny.
