 Potato error

Why canīt people make money out of growing food? Clearly, it is the revenge of the vegetables. They used to enjoy being nurtured in simple, homely, family environments, regularly tended to by the same gnarled hand. Now they grow up in concentration camps, treated like cogs in the machine, not the sensitive plants that they are.

So the vegetables are fighting back, stubbornly refusing to be profitable. No doubt they have moles working for the major supermarkets who contrive to squeeze the Nazi farmerīs profit margins so that they will return to a simple, love-based farming.

Obviously, though, this underground resistance network has a very secure, probably networked structure, not unlike Al-Qaeda (which means turnip in Gaelic). That would explain why, to date, there have been no leeks.

I'm pretty sure geeks are pulling the strings on the vegetable conspiracy. I can not prove it yet, but stay tuned

After several months of researching I got a new clue about the hidden link between Lunix Conspiracy and the Vegetables one: there is a Lunix software package called "Debian Potato".

As Adequacy's resident vegetable farmer I can assure you that it is not only possible, but pretty easy, to make money growing food. Easy, that is, if you aren't lazy, it requires a whole lot of back breaking work.

Not only can you make money growing food but you can save a vast amount as well. Very little of my income is spent on food as I grow, or hunt, about 75% of what my family eats. This leaves quite a bit of cash left over for buying more land to grow more food, a wonderful cycle. We farmers have constructed the urban myth that there is no money in this business to keep you city people where you belong so don't get any ideas.
